Alison has worked in natural resource management in Tasmania for over 23 years in a range of roles with CVA, NRM North, Break O'Day Council and previously with Tamar NRM. Alison has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Graduate Certificate in Tourism, Environment and Cultural Heritage. She has also owned and managed a small tourist business in Launceston. Alison enjoys adventures in Tassie's great outdoors, long dog walks in the bush, attending live music events, reading, and spending time with family.

Jonty is a nature-lover who is interested in biodiversity, ecological restoration and connecting community to the outdoors. Jonty holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Environment and Conservation, and a Master's degree in Protected Area Conservation. In his spare time, Jonty enjoys spending time with his daughters, bushwalking and making things in the shed.
