During Science Week – The Wonderful World of Waterbugs

Come to QVMAG and see community educator and lecturer John Gooderham (co-organiser of The National Waterbug Blitz) presenting:

A selection of sometimes green, always alien, beasts from rivers and wetlands around Australia!      This free introductory session will help you become a waterbug spotter and help us check up on the health of our rivers and wetlands this spring.

Tuesday 13th August 2019 – 10.30 to 11.30 am followed by a hands on bug identification session from 12.30.

An initiative of Tamar NRM, Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery (QVMAG), and City of Launceston’s Natural Environment Unit.
